Reception was very friendly. I was guided thru the process and told details of what was happening. When the diagnostic was done it was explained very clearly to me as to what was wrong with my car and a suggestion of next steps to take. If all service areas had polite,caring and knowledgeable people like Mathew then they would get good business from their clientele

If you have any special requests they can make it happen! They have taken great care of my pride and joy (veloster N). Most of the staff there are very friendly and will do their best to help you and keep you informed with what is going on with your vehicle. Would highly recommend!

Great staff, very professional, friendly and accommodating. I have been to quite a few dealerships in search of a new car and have my fair share of good, not so good and bad experiences. I certainly had a great one at Hyundai of Oakville. Thank you Hardik for all your help and time.

Just started servicing an "inherited" older Hyundai at HofO. So far experience has been very good. Both Susan and Caitlin have looked after my needs. I have let them know the car is older (9 years), was a gift from a relative, and we'll be using it just to tool around town, kids take it to work/GO station, etc and as such, want to minimize/avoid unnecessary costs. They understood, and have been quite reasonable as a result. Will continue to frequent this Service Dept. with our Hyundai.
